Edit: Phoenix has recently left us. My parents moved to a new place, and he stayed inside for almost a month before he was allowed outside again. He was going outside just fine for months, until one day he just never came back. My parent's place is in the country, so it is likely he got taken by a larger predator.

.. Or hopefully he is just lost and will be back someday. Phoenix, if you're alive, I pray you stay safe and warm. If you've left us for good, please say hi to Daisy while you're up there

EDIT EDIT! NEWS IN THE LIFE OF PHOENIX! He's alive and well! Well... almost well. He was lost in the forest for 3 months without food, and the shelter recently picked him up. Same markings, same collar.. just drastically thin and a croak for a meow.

We're soooo happy he's back! So far he's without cuts and has all his limbs and has a healthy appetite. YAY!
