I still haven't tried that program, but tutorials are always good. I wouldn't know how to colour my comics if it weren't for your old photoshop colouring tutorials you know!

unfortunately I haven't work with any programs to draw or color, but of course a tutorial or a overview of Photo Tool SAI would be great to read if I ever invest in it.
